Biography:
Hi my name is Terina. While I have lived in the Southern suburbs of Adelaide since I was a teenager, I was born and bred in the country. As they say you can take the girl out the country but you can’t take the country out the girl. That is me. My happy place is in the middle of a paddock with beautiful big gums and a few horses – not forgetting the dog of course! I love all animals, but horses and dogs are my favourite.

Although I have worked as an Enrolled Nurse since 1988 I resigned from nursing in 2021 to pursue my interest in Complimentary Therapies. My journey in this field started in 2004. Having completed many various courses in this field I am now concentrating on Bowen Therapy and energy work. I am particularly interested in emotional healing and am also pursuing this area of supporting people. I am currently studying Multi Dimensional Soul Body Tuning which supports all areas. Mind, body and soul.

My goal as a Holistic Wellness Therapist is to assist people to be healthy, happy and at peace on all levels. Healing for your mind, body and soul. Being friendly and respectful I treat clients as I like to be treated.

Multi Dimensional Soul Body Tuning : Multi Dimensional Soul-Body Tuning is a healing modality that uses muscle or pendulum testing to determine imbalances which can then be rebalanced using a variety of different energy-healing and spiritual practices which addresses the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of a person’s being. This holistic and integrative approach identifies and resolves issues that may be rooted in past experiences, including past-life issues, trauma or limiting beliefs. The aim is to facilitate healing and transformation, promoting overall well-being and personal growth. I may combine it with Bowen Therapy, Reiki or various other corrections eg: crystals etc during your treatment. It supports people with self-development, emotional and physical pain This treatment can also be performed over the phone or zoom.

Bowen Therapy : A non-invasive soft tissue therapy treatment that supports your mind, body and soul. Specific Bowen moves helps to release adhesions allowing natural realignment of your fascia. This also opens the fluid channels allowing the fascia to become rehydrated. This in turn reduces inflammation and pain.

It treats a variety of ailments including:
- Decreasing pain
- Relieving headaches
- Reducing neck and body stiffness
- Increasing flexibility
- Aiding in reducing general aches and pains
Researchers are continually finding more ailments it may help in the treatment of including supporting our organs.

Some of the issues that I have been able to support clients with are back injuries including bulging discs, carpal tunnel syndrome, neck issues and headaches. Everyone is unique and heals in their own way so sometimes it takes multiple sessions or may also need to include other treatments which I am able to recommend if necessary including soul healing if it is emotional pain.
