Biography:
I specialize in Root-Cause Therapy and Trauma-Informed Manifestation Coaching.
Coming from domestic violence myself and having mental health challenges like PTSD, chronic pain syndrome and fibromyalgia. I am passionate about helping individuals overcome domestic violence and trauma responses, helping them break free from limiting behavioural patterns, limiting beliefs and helping them to achieve lasting transformations.
With my compassionate and insightful approach, as well as seeing through a trauma-informed lense, I am dedicated to guiding clients towards improving mental health, general wellbeing, self-awareness, and motivation, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.
Root-Cause Therapy has been the best and most powerful and life changing journey, not just for me but for my clients too. I am living a happier and more positive life, becoming more aware and more present in my day to day living. As well as enjoying things and moments that I struggled to enjoy before I started this amazing and transforming journey.
I have found myself again and my confidence has returned. I am a more present parent, friend and person.
