I am self-employed and have been in private practice for over 25 years as a counsellor and life coach, working with individuals and families to assist them to live their best life.

 

With extensive training in education, counselling, breathwork and positive psychology, I bring a broad toolkit and experience to my work as a counsellor. As a consultant in team and leadership development I am also aware of the workplace context and the stresses of maintaining work/life balance and positive relationships. Lived experience equips me to understand the joys and challenges of relationships, and the need for self-care.

 

I see the whole person and create a collaborative space where my clients feel encouraged and empowered. I draw from a variety of modalities, including Mindfulness, Breathwork Therapy, and Strengths-based Strategies to provide practical tools and techniques to assist all dimensions of human experience from grief and loss, through anxiety and depression, to creating lasting changes towards an authentic, purposeful life. Clients come away from their time with me with improved self-awareness psycho-emotional wellbeing and a feeling of empowerment and self-determination.

 

Therapists and Pastoral Workers and Supervisors are welcome to contact me for Professional Supervision or Supervision of Supervision. I am also a provider of clinical supervision training with Supervision Alliance. As a member of ACA, PACFA & ACSA I am committed to continuous professional development and upholding the ethics of professional counselling, and the healing arts.
