Biography:
Hi, I am Nicola. I have been practicing for over 25 years in Australia and the US. I am passionate about traditional naturopathy and supporting individuals to make their own informed health and wellness choices.

My practice is based on ancient healing wisdoms and supporting contemporary evidence to provide individualised holistic treatments. This includes Western and Chinese approaches for diagnosis and wellness, including kinesiology for energy balancing and intolerance testing.

I also utilise psycho-social and health coaching principles, providing relevant resources, to assist you to acheive and sustain your health and wellness goals. For example, I hope I can support you to make nourishing healing choices in your day-to-day for whole life vitality.

Over the years I have continued my professional learning including the everchanging challenges of environmental toxins and stresses, as well as evidence-based research of the healing powers of herbs, nutrition, nourishing connections and energy work.

identifying and supporting body functions and responses, eliminating toxins and pathogens (physical and emotional), providing protection and boosting "energy" and functions.

Herbs are described as structurally unique and complex with synergistic effects for positive treatment outcomes. Individualised herbal treatments have a key role in supporting healing and maintaining health for vitality and wellness.

Consultations:
Intro and short consult (max 15 mins): No charge
Initial Naturopathic assessment (60-90mins): $100
Follow up naturopathic "tune-up"(30-40mins): $60
Interactive shopping/pantry/menu planning session: $60hr
NDIS: $60 hr

Herbal liquid extracts: $50-$60 for 200ml $90-$120 for 500ml
Prices vary for nutritional supplements.
