Hi! I’m Sally

I’m a Trauma Informed Holistic Therapist with a deep desire to understand and support your journey through healing to empowerment, enabling you to be the most wonderful, authentic version of yourself, fully embodying self-love and compassion.

I have always been fascinated in the mind-body connection which fuels my ongoing learning. Through my own journey of healing from developmental trauma and a long-term eating disorder, I developed a passion for using my own experiences and training to help others. I believe that true healing must involve all aspects of the Self and seek to guide and support you through this process, engaging with the body, mind, spirit and emotions.

Centred Spirit (a state of spiritual and emotional equilibrium) is all about helping you recognise, heal and integrate every part of yourself, so you can become fully whole and embrace your life and all that you are. I create an environment of safety, warmth, empathy and freedom from judgement where we can work together as a team. We will create the resources you need to support you on your journey. We will engage with the parts of you that you may have been afraid to confront on your own. I will be your guide and your support in this process.

My desire is to help you work through any issues or challenges that might be holding you back in your life. I work with issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, transition through menopause, addiction, overwhelm, self-sabotage, dysfunctional relationship patterns, low self-worth and chronic pain and illness. I treat every person as an individual and my approach is always tailored to your specific needs.
