Biography:
I am a clinical hypnotherapist, passionate about helping people come home to themselves through growth and development.

A mother of two, I have experienced my own trauma in birth, postnatal depression and anxiety that I still work through to become the best version of myself and mother.

These experiences have led me to want to work with women from all walks of life, whether on style - having the outside match the inside, body image, self compassion to working with those on the fertility journey to pregnancy, postpartum care, birth trauma to mothering and toddler triggers.

Pregnancy Journey
Pregnancy and beyond is a time to feel supported and be surrounded by our sisters. The art of giving birth and the motherhood journey ahs somewhat been lost in modern life. Women need women, especially at this important time in their lives.
I’d like to bring women together to connect, share stories and gain support from one another and myself, a clinical hypnotherapist.
Working throughout each stage of pregnancy to support the Mum from conception to delivery and beyond.
Postpartum
I know all to well the emotional upheaval of becoming a mother. I suffered from postnatal depression and debilitating anxiety after my first son which has inspired me to help other women on this journey.
