Hi there,

I’m Anneliis, a clinical hypnotherapist & psychotherapist, deeply passionate about wellness and the human capacity for healing and growth.

In 2016 my interest in the mind and wellbeing led me to study a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology, followed by clinical hypnotherapy & psychotherapy. Alongside this, I have spent the past 15 years working as a registered music therapist, holding senior, teaching and managerial roles across a range of health services in Melbourne.

Whilst hypnotherapy can seem mystical, it is in fact a well-studied science of the mind. When our conscious and sub-conscious minds are supported to work together harmoniously, new insights and ‘aha’ moments become increasingly available to us. We are more able to change our patterns, achieve our goals and experience the expansion of self we desire. I hold the intention that each person I work with will be supported to unfold into the truest expression of themselves.

Hypnotherapy sessions can focus on any of the following areas:

· Limiting beliefs, blocks or internal conflicts that are preventing you from achieving your goals
