Biography:
Hi I’m Jan a certified Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist (MLD)and breast cancer survivor. After going through surgery and treatments, I’m on a mission to spread the word about MLD and teach people how to manage their condition effectively. I have Lymphoedema in my arm, after lymph node removal, but I have self managed my condition for over 16 years. If you have had Lymph nodes removed you are at risk of developing Lymphoedema.

· LYMPHOEDEMA - I’ll help you understand what’s going on, treat it, and give you self management techniques. Lymphoedema can be tough, but with my help you will be on top of it in no time. Early intervention is the key.
· POST CANCER TREATMENT: If you have had chemo or radiation, I can help prevent Lymphoedema becoming an issue. Early intervention is the key.
· POST-OP RECOVERY: Just had knee or hip surgery? MLD can speed up the healing process and keep swelling down as well as helping with pain management.
· SCAR REDUCTION: Got Scars? I can help ease the pain and improve their appearance whether they are old or new.
· NEUROMUSCULAR TAPING: This taping technique boosts blood flow and lymph drainage while reducing pain. Perfect for post-surgery treatment and recovery. Treatment of Oedemas, Hematomas(Bruising) and Scars.
