Invisible Illness Support Gathering

Ever felt like you have no one to talk to about your invisible struggles? Feel as if when you do talk to your friends or family, your needs are not being met? It can be very tiring to experience ongoing pain, grief or distress and its incredibly important to have a safe space to go to just talk about what is going on for you. A place where no advice is given, just safe ears to listen.

Join us every fortnight on a Wednesday evening to just chat about what is going on for you with others who understand.
